We support a range of starting order sizes, though most projects begin at 250 units or more to maximize efficiency and value. How long does production take?

Lead times vary based on order size and customization. Typical launches (using our ready-to-go vessels and fragrances) take 4 to 6 weeks from approved sample. Fully custom projects may require 8 to 12 weeks or more, depending on sourcing and design complexity. We’ll provide a detailed production schedule at project start

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Vessel and fragrance samples are available for every project so you can confirm your choices before production. Custom fragrance and packaging samples can be requested for larger projects, and they are included for enterprise-level clients.

What customization options are available?

You can launch quickly with our ready-to-go vessels and fragrances, or begin with a fully custom approach from the start. Many brands choose to start with proven selections, then expand into custom fragrance, packaging, and sourcing as they grow. For established brands producing at volume, nearly every element can be tailored to your vision.

Can you help with packaging and design?

Yes. We provide packaging sourcing, label templates, and coordination support. If you have a designer, we can work with them; if not, we’re happy to connect you with trusted partners. You stay in control of the creative vision, and we help execute.

Do you handle fulfillment?

Yes. We can ship directly to your business, warehouse, or event. Larger projects include options for palletizing and multi-location delivery, and enterprise clients can also access freight partnerships and global logistics support.
